Fire glowing it’s snowing and cold outside
You here the wind blow through cracks in windows from where you hide
In your bed tonight
Away from the cold and fright
You keep the warmth in where it all begins
In the distance you see the existence of cars gone by
You feel the frost and you see the exhaust and then you sigh
You’re feeling the cold
The night is growing old
So you wonder back in to where it all begins
Take off your hat you pet the cat you’re back from town
You want to eat then you want to sleep so you lie down
In your bed
Where you’ve always laid your head
And you’re glad you cam back in to where it all begins
